"In the West Wing, primary elevator not working, forcing guests to walk all the way down the first floor corridor (to the end of the hallway) to use the secondary elevator. From the dogeared "sorry for the inconvenience " information posted on the elevator, it’s been awhile in disrepair, it appears there is no rush to fix. Unfriendly and loud a/c controls... just need ON/OFF, upper/lower temperature, Not System, Fan the HVAC tech is familiar with. No glasses provided, only coffee cups. 2 coffee pods. Wrinkled drapes. Wallpaper in bathroom is lifting from top to bottom. Room lacks any welcoming amenities. I used to enjoy my stay, but no longer...very disappointing. "

"The smoke in the casino area was soooo strong, and we had to walk through there to get anywhere else. The line to get into the main restaurant was an hour long both mornings so we left and went to another hotel. There wasn’t much choice in restaurants. "
