Great stay with our 7 year old son, great leisure facilities and bar options. Room comfortable but could maybe do with a refurb, will definitely stay here next time we are in Gran Canaria

We had a lovely time here, hotel was clean food was good with lots of options. There is a bus down to the beach which we didn’t make use of but if your a beach person its good. The hotel is a little dated in some of the rooms however the views are spectacular and definitely make up for it and the stairs.

Lovely hotel

We had a lovely week in this hotel. The only downside was the parking, you can end up having to park half a mile away due to the small car park out the front, and the hotel charge €20/day to use the hotels parking garage which we felt to be excessive. Really appreciated the beach club though and as a non drinker I was pleased they had nice alcohol free beer and mocktails. Food was better than most Canarian all inclusive.

Short break

Overall was very good. All inclusive finishes at midday, which is unenlightened. Wifi in rooms was poor and there is no gym, but otherwise was excellent value. Staff are very helpful and a room is available for use if arrival is pre check in or departure post check out.

A good find in a quiet area

A fabulous holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful and food was very tasty with great choice. Pool towels being provided was very useful and the bud to and from the beach. Entertainment was not to our taste and mostly not in English which was a shame. Pools well looked after and pleasant to sit around. A great time was provided.

the view is very beautiful, the food is good and you have plenty to choose from. What I didn't like about traveling alone, there is no club at the hotel, how big is the resort, the hotel parking is very small, a big minus is that there is no wifi in the room (4 star hotel without wifi in the room..)

Excellent attentive staff, exceptionally clean, good variety of food and no shortage of sunbeds. Shuttle to beach club worked well with excellent facilities on the beach. High cliff location so multiple lifts and steps are required to reach some of the accommodation blocks and facilities. One whole set of lifts was out of action for the duration of our stay but the others were fine. Fabulous views though from the pool area, terrace and rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely return.

Amazing food, very nice and friendly staff. The view from the hotel is really wonderful. Which I didn't like. The rooms look old now, maybe it's time to renovate them. That's my opinion only because i can find something what i dont like.

6 days was enough, maybe too much

The hotel itself is acceptable and clean. The reception is nice, but parking situation is complicated as we show up. Room is dated and has some issues: Door rubs against the floor and snags, air conditioning is just enough to keep the room fresh. Beds are comfortable, good space for our suitcases. The food always had good elements in it each day, but most food is bland and uninspired, so you have to choose wisely. Lineups for dinner are insanely long starting 8:30 PM. Where things became complicated is this hotel is in levels in a cliff, so needs to do a lot of stairs, as elevators keep breaking down. I have a knee injury and this made moving around the hotel really hard. The drinks are self serve and are nothing to write home about. There is a nice espresso machine in the showroom lobby and they serve interesting drinks in the all inclusive there. The view is what is the true amazement of this place. Awesome views all around the hotel and amazing sunsets. Would I be back? No, this hotel needs serious improvements on their elevators and the food is really redundant. Make sure also if you come by car to be ready to walk up a steep hill, as there is a large public lot at the bottom of the hill.

Lovely stay again. Just come back and booked next year already. Lovely food with loads of choice. Snack bar all day. Drinks all day. Only downfall-needs a coffee/water machine in lobby. We left at 7am and there is nowhere to have a drink while waiting or if your up before the breakfast opens at 8am. Other than that stunning.

Difficult to reach other places than the hotel itself. No bicycle reservation for example in Taurito. Mogan actually almost blocked as the road there closed - have to reach it through the motorway. Cleaning of floors in rooms not on satisfactory level. Noisy on some evenings until 23. Noise insulation not on good level (but that is very typical in Canarias hotels). Very nice views, pools good, food also. A bit challenging place with small children, but the kids did not notice that :).

Spectacular view! Just got back from this hotel, I had booked for 7 days as a solo traveller. To be honest when I booked it it was one of the cheapest options so considering that I can say this is good value. Well trained staff in every department. Good food, spotless, decent drinks, friendly staff always there to help. The rooms are a little bit tired but didn't bother me considering so many other good things. This place is a hit & miss but overall tick most of the boxes. One big miss for me "No Gym" but likely there is a complimentary shuttle to Mogan and I've paid 13€ to Gimnasio Municipal and I got a valid pass for two weeks. Not bad... Another miss point there is no Internet in the rooms and that might be a problem this days. Overall I had a good and relaxing time and next time I'll bring my family as well. The sunset bar is a big hit, amazing atmosphere. Thanks for a relaxing holiday

Feels like a 3-stars 90s hotel, with ZERO parking

Pros: Friendly Staff, Tasty food Cons: Old and cheap facilities, elevators kept breaking, beds were terrible and uncomfortable, food was good but not big variety and on the cheap side. The worst part was there was absolutely no parking space, we had to park our car about 1km down the steep hill in a dirty public open “parking space” and walk down/up hill for 15 minutes in the blistering sun each time with our 2 children. Supposedly there is a paid onsite garage somewhere but it was never available in the 8 whole days we spent there. Overall quite a disappointing experience and we did not feel we got our money’s worth.

I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful. Overall a good hotel. I would go back.

Over all a very enjoyable stay. Staff are really friendly and the food is very good (lots of food options). Word of warning - be prepared for a lot of stairs! If you struggle with stairs this hotel may not be right for you. Very good for kids or couples (I recommend the adult pool!). Lastly, if you’re looking for an action packed holiday with parties etc, this is not the place for you - but if you’re looking for a relaxing time away this is definitely worth considering.

El hotel es muy bonito, con una vista el mar maravillosa, pero al estar en la casi cima de la montaña tiene muchas escaleras y cada edificio que son 6 y cada uno con 4 pisos, tiene elevadores en cada punta de cada edificio, pero muchas veses no funcionan, se rompen cmuy amenudo.
