Odd checked I. At 7 pm had to wait outside in The heat and do business through the. Ight window felt the place must be unsafe. Property is dated but the room was clean and well kept, 98 degrees out and the pool spa was closed

After some long traveling in the atmospheric storm, this Motel provided exactly what I needed to rest. Driving with my 11-year-old daughter and our pet we were urgently looking to get out of the storm. The young lady at the front counter was so kind. The motel was very accommodating and clean. It was exactly what we needed to rejuvenate for the rest of our drive to florida.

Worked out great for a last minute reservation to rest during a long solo drive done I5. I found mattress very comfortable. The office staff very nice, helpful and professional. Parking close to room, and place was quiet. I dropped down one star for constructive notes to easily repair: nightstands were very scratched-up down to raw wood--touch up stain and finish, and towel rack had been removed but sharp edgw mounts still there--reinstall or choose since there is another rack & remove the sharp mounts.These little items stood out as odd because the room was EXTREMELY clean--hats off to housekeeping staff!

I had a service animal with me and they told me there were no pets allowed in the property. I told her the animals wasn’t a pet but a working animal and the woman had attitude about it and wanted to charge me a pet fee. I don’t mind paying the pet fee if I had to that’s not a problem, but this is a medical alert animal that helps with my medical condition. I do not tolerate the attitude as I am very aware of the risks of bringing an animal to the room due to several reasons. Other than that the property was clean, better than other Days In I have stayed at, and overall the rooms were spacious and clean as well.

Very quiet hotel just off the freeway. quality furnishings not being taken care of. Chest of drawers. middle drawer broken or not on rail. carpet starting to fray at bathroom. Handicapped room, but closet rod too high to reach. Major concern security bolt did not work. Had to slam door to get door to latch, but security bolt would not clear the strike plate.
