We had reservations for 2 rooms with queen beds, when we arrived the front desk advised she had a queen room read and a king room ready, I said fine Then it took forever to get keys to those rooms. Then she found another queen room however one bed hadn’t even been made, so I really don’t know if the room had been cleaned"
