"Needed fixed AC"

"For the price I paid, the property was easily accessible, quiet, and an easy In-N-Out experience. It is an older large, but the upkeep and maintenance on the property is top-tier. The bedding and pillows were a little out of date, but we still slept well."

"When we arrived, we checked in at a window. There is no office, the picture in their website is incorrect, so I wondered what else was misrepresented. When we entered the room, it was very hot as no air was running. The ac didn’t work, we changed rooms requiring repacking somewhat. New room had only one metal side chair which was very uncomfortable. After a 10 hour drive, we wanted to plop down in a nice comfortable chair. Didn’t happen! Floor had dust and hair on it and corners were not clean...

"Mold in the room and bulging wet wall behind the shower and dirty sheets and blankets"
