Initially I booked the Miyakojima Tokyu Hotel & Resorts and I was discriminated against upon arrival and left to the Canopy by Hilton which was the best thing that couldve happened. The Tokyu hotel was ran down, old and disgusting. This Canopy by hilton hotel is truly a 5 star hotel with rooftop pool, amazing big room and spectacular service. You also have access to the hilton next door and its two pools. Definitely recommend!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the view was stunning, and the rooms were spacious with great facilities. The breakfast was excellent as well. Would highly recommend!

Das Canopy ist ein sehr modernes Hotel, welches erst im April 2026 eröffnet wurde und daher noch sehr neu und in gutem Zustand ist. Der Sunset Beach ist nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Leider ist der Hotelabschnitt an dem es auch Schutznetze für die Würfelqualle gibt, weniger schön, Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich ist aber mehr auf asiatische Gäste ausgelegt. Es gibt zahlreiche Nudelgerichte, Reisgerichte, Suppen, Salate, Poke Bowls etc. Beim Frühstück war es meist sehr voll, und es kam teilweise zu Wartezeiten. Gut hat uns gefallen, dass man das Frühstück auch in ein Lunch umwandeln konnte, wo es wesentlich entspannter zuging. DienSpeissen waren sehr gut zubereitet und von hoher Qualität. Der kostenlose Hotelbus zum und vom Flughafen ist sehr praktisch. Einige Dinge haben uns allerdings weniger gut gefallen. Das Personal war zwar stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprach aber kaum Englisch. Informationen zu Angeboten wie Schnorcheln etc. Gab es nur auf Anfrage. Der spektakuläre Rooftoppool ist kaum längere Zeit nutzbar. Es gibt fast keinen Schatten, keine Schirme und für die Day des wird zusätzlich Geld verlangt wie für die Strandliegen. Ebenso war der Pool auch für Kleinkinder zugänglich. Hier sollte es eine Altergrenze von 14 oder 16 Jahren geben. Gut fanden wir die kostenlos ausziehbaren Mini-E-Bikes, mit denen man etwas die nähere Umgebung erkunden konnte, da das Hotel schon etwas abgelegen liegt.

Mooi nieuw hotel, helaas word ondanks dure kamerprijs voor alle voorzieningen extra geld gevraagd. 20€ per uur voor een bedje aan het zwembad, 25€per dag voor een bedje aan het strand. Je merkt dat het personeel nog dingen moet leren omdat het nieuw is.

My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant time at Canopy by Hilton at Miyako! The place was brand new, personnel were friendly, everything was very clean and the rooftop pool was fantastic (even though the 4000jpy/1hr price for some of the sunbeds was a tad bit pricey in my opinion). The view from our room was incredible, especially the sunset!! You are also able to enjoy it at the rooftop pool where there’s a DJ playing in the evening. The ameneties (gym, laundry, common rooms) were convenient and we were able to use them even after checkout before we departed! We were also able to access the pool area of the Hilton hotel next door which was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the local touch of it. However, there seemed to be some issues with seating the guests since we had to wait around 10 minutes both mornings to get seated, even though there were empty tables that were not cleaned. Additionally, on the first day our breakfast order was also forgotten and we had to ask for it until those were brought to us. Other than that we had a lovely time and would definitely come back. ☀️😊

딸과 함께 4박5일을 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 직원들 모두 친절했고, 신축 호텔이니 확실히 모든 시설도 깨끗하고 신형이었습니다. 특히 루프탑의 수영장에서의 선셋감상이 데일리 루틴로 큰 즐거움을 줬습니다. 조식 뷔페도 매우 훌륭해 4일차에 처음 먹고 마지막 일차에도 달려가 다시 묵었습다.
