"L’hôtel est propre la vue du restaurant est magnifique . Le personnel de l’hôtel est juste incroyable ! Je tiens à remercier Samy et Mustafa qui ont été la du début du séjour jusqu a la fin pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien . Vous ne manquerez de rien la nourriture est super bonne . De loin l’un des meilleures hôtels de l’avenue ! "

"Thanks 🙏 to the guests relationship manager for contacting me and providing me with an extra bottle of water. FYI, the hotel policy in-room is strictly 1 bottle per day, also 1 teabag and 1 instant coffee sachet. If you need more water (93 F degrees here since it’s summer, I guess everybody would) then make sure to bring some extra bottles or buy it from the hotel restaurant."

"Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Cairo was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single team member we encountered was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a perfect experience. The hotel itself is stunning—immaculately clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed. It feels like a private oasis right in the middle of Mirage City. We were blown away by...

"Loved the place, easy access to so many good places. Loved all the restaurants next to it, not enough time to explore more."

"This hotel is very old and very dirty. It is also unsafe and dangerous. The hotel uses smart locks for all its rooms, and the codes are all the same. The code is simply your room number plus 35. Therefore, you can imagine how easy it is for anyone to enter the correct code and gain access to your room at any time. The hotel is also staffed by dishonest and immature individuals. On the fifth day, the power went out, providing an opportune moment for one of the staff members to enter my room and...

"Hotel was absolutely exquisite! Super comfortable and gorgeous room, huge 5-star bathroom and a very comfortable bed, didn’t even wanna get up in the morning because I was so comfy in my bed. Windows are very well sound-proofed. Air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool. Recommendation: Get the Fairmont Gold Signature room, it is well worth it because you get access to their executive lounge, which is superb, lots of complimentary food and drinks and a beautiful view. Also, when you get to...

"I had the best experience at this property it’s highly recommended everyone was super nice and helpful thanks so much to everyone I’ll definitely be there again soon"

"Fabulous staff and amenities."

"I loved the property . The Mazar is a fairly new property . The staff was very helpful and the location is close to the pyramids. There's a rooftop restaurant that gives an amazing view of the pyramids while eating. The pool is beautiful as well. The property is well taken care off. Great assortment for breakfast. Will stay again and will recommend"

"Incredible team, and extremely helpful & friendly. Brand new beautiful property with amazing view."

"The hotel is a dump, more a hostel than hotel. Walking up the stairs is very dirty, dark, large garbin bins along each corridor, locked rooms with padlocks. We left after6 hours as we came in at 1am. We lost all our money, orbits should refund me as i had to book another hotel. Orbits rebiews amd rating was inaccurate."
