"Clean comfortable and helpful staff"

"The building was very clean, staff very helpful, breakfast was ok. Parking was very convenient. I noticed on the first night that the room had small things that needed to be repaired. I had an unexpected change on plans and had to extend for an extra day. I moved into a different room with king bed. The room had a lot of small maintenance issues that if not addressed now will become a huge for attracting and keep returning customers."

"Tired and smokey"

"The room was not clean, dirty carpet, hair particles left in the shower, food wrappers left behind the bed. The staff was nice, the breakfast was excellent, parking was ok due to the heavy influx off people for a home football game."

"Clean, easy check in, good breakfast."

"Their elevator was broken! I am a 74 yr old with a handicap accessable room on 2nd floor with no elevator!??? The room was okay clean, but didn't look like it had been vacuumed before my stay. With this being said, the fron office was extremely helpful. Their breakfast was good, but they had no coffee other than a little machine like in the rooms and they had only one sweetened creamer. No half & half."

"Room was overall clean and staff was really friendly."
