The property is very well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable. The occupancy was high,however, atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.Each staff member was professional and friendly. Would 10/10 stay again.

Staff was pleasant, and helpful. The side doors from parking lot need repair. Could not enter building from pool side, the other side had black tape around the top. Not really a secured building!

Worthwhile

Very friendly staff. Clean, nice rooms with lovely details. Popcorn machine was a highlight for me. Above-average breakfast, too!

Average Hampton Inn - Friendly staff

Basic Hampton Inn. Clean. Comfortable beds.. The "hot" water was just warm. May have been a 1-time thing but it was annoying enough for me to remember and comment now, 3 days and 2 hotels later. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming, and they were busy!

Overall it wasn’t bad, but the bed was terrible. Having a bad back and the state of the mattress made the stay worse than it would have been if the bed was in better condition. Next time I’ll stay at a different hotel and just drive further to my destination instead.

Roof leaked. Mold and mildew in bathrooms. First room was not ready - dirty towels on the bathroom floor and unmade bed. Staff did move me to another room that was ready! Parking was inadequate for anything except compact vehicles. Coffee was only available during breakfast - first HI I stayed at that does not have 24x7 coffee. Breakfast was not good - no eggs for two days. Very slow service. Mystery meat sausage. Half way cooked hash browns.

Staff were kind. Overall calm/no loud noises so it was easy to sleep. Bed was very comfortable & room was spacious. Complaints- I had to wipe down all surfaces directly after arriving (in the middle of the night, so we were very tired) when wiping the counters and nightstand areas my white clorox wipes were coming up very dirty brown. Bathroom sink & counter still had hair on it from someone shaving. Toilet would not flush so had to go downstairs at night to use the restroom. The mini fridge reeked of food. The front desk told us they couldn't fix toilet but we could swap rooms,due to it being nightime,we felt it wasnt worth swapping and having to clean a whole other room again. The TV in our room would not work properly so that was also disappointing. Also noticed the windows and curtains were stained. Breakfast downstairs had a decent variety but the area was quite messy (though a lot of it could have been from the guests). Also the outer door near elevator locked everybody out & would not open with key card. Made it difficult to bring luggage straight to elevators. I will say that the staff were very friendly & after leaving my review I did receive a full refund which I did NOT expect. So customer service was good.

I reserved a HANDICAP Accessible room and when I arrived I was told the room was already given to someone else. This wasn't the only HANDICAP Accessible room & the other room needed to be cleaned. No problem, we went to dinner & came back. I was then told the room had PLUMBING issues & is unavailable. The clerk asked me if I really need a HANDICAP Accessible room, which I replied YES. I'm traveling with my 87 yr old Aunt using a walking & can barely walk. I was told I could go somewhere else to get a room. However, I already paid for this room with Expedia. I was then given a regular room with NO HANDICAP Accessabilty. I found out the next day that the clerk working the desk made a mistake & gave away our room. Apologies do me NO good. I reserved a specific room I should have received that room. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upscale Drug Motel

When first arriving there was a couple in the parking lot arguing all while changing the oil in their car. Not long after being in the room we smelled marijuana coming from the adjoining room. Called from desk and received no answer. Went down to inform the attendant and request a change in rooms. She said there were no rooms and we asked for a refund. Stated no refunds but she'd "take care of it". She did not. Second time going down there she said to just put a towel at the door. For $150 stay in a nonsmoking room I certainly expected more. The smell was overwhelming. Obviously we were stuck there for the night and were going to have to deal with it. At 1am we were awoken to a screaming argument. 8-8:30am we decided to go down for breakfast. The hallway was just as bad as our room with the horrific smell. After we come up from breakfast to collect our belongings is when we saw the couple next door that was responsible for our miserable stay was the same couple we saw when first arriving at the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. So, kuddos to the housekeeping and breakfast lady. The front desk attendant however has caused us to never want to come back. I did ask for a manager as to I was told was not available.

Don’t let the bedbugs bit!!

Firstly, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our disappointing experience. Their positive attitude was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant experience. However, I regret to inform you that our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite reserving four rooms with double queen beds each to accommodate our group, we were informed upon arrival that there had been an overbooking issue. As a result, there were only three rooms available, and to our disappointment, one of those rooms only had a single bed. This was not an ideal situation, considering there were two adults and two children in that particular party. Nonetheless, exhausted from a twelve-hour road trip, we reluctantly accepted this option. Unfortunately, the situation took a turn for the worse when we entered one of the rooms, only to discover that it was infested with bed bugs. Obviously, this was an alarming and unacceptable condition that immediately prompted us to take action. Concerned about our well-being we made the difficult decision to load up our belongings and drive an additional thirty-five minutes to the next town, where we found alternative accommodations. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention to highlight the issues we encountered during our stay. While we appreciate the efforts of the staff, it is crucial to address the overbooking problem and ensure the cleanliness of the rooms.
