"We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. "Everyone was so friendly from the beginning to end! Such a beautiful room! It felt like a mini apartment my family of 6 fit perfectly! The kids loved the bunk beds! The Disney touch is also amazing! The Disney park is only 15 minute walk and there is also a bus that picks you up at the front of the hotel and drops you right in front of the park! I will be returning to stay here for our next Disney trip! "

"Clean, comfortable rooms and bedding. Extremely friendly staff. Great location to Disneyland. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the noise. The walls are paper thin and I could hear children screaming on my final night. I could also hear every time someone rolled suitcases above and below me (I was on the 4th floor). Luckily I travel with a sound machine and the rooms have a fan setting so, as long as you like white noise, this is a perfect location/hotel."
