"An average stay - at luxury prices. The boutique hotels try harder and it shows. Loews is decent and large but the NOISE was impossible to sleep, and the staff were basic. Zero assistance getting a restaurant reservation at an adjoining place?? Meh. Won’t be back but it was “clean and convenient” ..."

"The bathroom in our room had a bad urine smell. The breakfast was not very good. We had four people in our room and only 2 towels and 1 toilet paper when we ran out and asked for more we never received any."
