"The desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed for a night out dancing in the castro. The proximity to where we were going is clutch! We just walked to the cafe, saving us on Uber fare. Sue Ellen at the front desk upgraded our room to one with two beds, so we got our own bed each of us. It was very nice! We will return next time we go dancing in the Castro."

"A little noisy 9-10 o’clock out in the 4th floor hallway. I had to check our door 3-4 times as I thought someone was trying to break-in. Nothing seen. May have been a guest in & out of their room not being considerate of others."

The room was spacious enough to hold 5 luggage bags!! I was traveling for between two work conferences. I traveled with my sister and we had two queen beds.
