The property is very old and the maintenance is poor no hot water no proper power and till the hotel car or bus is not going and even if I book the room bo proper reception

When I reached hotel yesterday Afternoon around 2 PM, I was told that there is no reservation for our 3 rooms. After repeated requests & also confirming the reservation over phone after booking, the hotel person said there is no room available in that property & said he can give only in another place ...
