"The hostess was very gracious, kind, and welcoming. She gave us many ideas of places to see. I stayed here in December of 2024. I made sure to stay here because of location and the good experience I had on my first trip. I recommend 5 Rooms because it's always a pleasure to stay here."

"I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."

"We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our favorite hotel from the trip. The room was very nice, high end features and staff was great. We used the rooftop pool quite a bit with drink and food service it was very good. Service and wait staff at on the rooftop was great constantly bringing towels, adjusting our umbrella, etc. It's very centrally located and walking distance to everything, they also helped with car service for us to the airport. The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast, but...

"What a charming guest house. My daughter and I were in Sorrento for a family wedding, and our stay here was beyond exceptional. After learning we were travel companions, the staff, I believe it was Chiara, upgraded our room from economy to deluxe. What a nice surprise when we checked in. "Mi è piaciuta la camera, l hotel , purtoppo però non mi hanno dato la camera fronte mare , ma comunque lateralmente vedevo comunque il mare con panorama mozzafiato . Solo la reception è un po’ antipatica, sia arrivo che alla partenza, mentre gli inservienti sono tutti gentilissimi , carini e premurosi . Ci tornerei . "

"Staff was exceptional! Room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing that we didn’t realize when we booked is that when there’s a cruise ship docked there is absolutely no view, all you see is the side of a ship. However when there is not one docked, it is beautiful and very peaceful! We loved the location and felt very safe. "
