"Stayed at hotel origin. We had an amazing stay, all staff are super friendly and no question was silly or unanswered. Sandeep on the front desk checked us in and he was so helpful and really looked after us. We had clean our room and sort towels and an extras, he was amazing 👏 we cannot sing her praises high enough, super addition to this wonderful hotel. Thank you all, especially Sandeep."
"Hotel is very new so it's clean and all facilities in room and bathroom work well. Front desk staff very helpful. The bed and linens were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, however the breakfast dining area is very small and doesn’t accommodate everyone. Maybe some tables in the foyer for the overflow would help. Quick trip to the airport and plenty of luggage assistance. Very pleasant 2 night stay, would definitely stay there again. "

"I booked because we needed a twin bead and a double bed, to sleep 3 people, online photo was good showing the twin and double. Arriving at the hotel they said they don't actually have rooms like that, this was after I paid online. The room only has two single beds and one of us had to sleep on the floor because of the falsely advertised room. "Booked on Expedia and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused.
Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to Expedia by hotel for enquiry.
