"Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!"

"This is our 2nd time staying here, somethings have changed. We arrived at Kawaguchiko station lately evening due to bus problem from Oshino Hakkai. Then bus services around Kawaguchiko were no longer available. We called to hotel but there was no pick-up service anymore. We had to take a taxi to go to hotel that very expensive. As we arrived late, there was no dinner service either. We had to buy something to eat from lawson. In the morining we had to check out early. The owner helped find the...

"Frendly staff and location near by station"

"No information on website that all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and have STAIRS! We have big luggages so need to solve problems of getting on stairs. No staff at the place and no CCTV in risk zones, that i wonder it is quite dangerous in case other guests does not lock the house, or have intention to do crime to other guests who share the same house. Good points are free self-service laundry and dryer, the classic ancient style of Japanese house sharing 4-5 rooms of stay. "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. Other than that, the stay was perfect and I would absolutely come stay again. The...
