"This is our 2nd time staying here, somethings have changed. We arrived at Kawaguchiko station lately evening due to bus problem from Oshino Hakkai. Then bus services around Kawaguchiko were no longer available. We called to hotel but there was no pick-up service anymore. We had to take a taxi to go to hotel that very expensive. "No information on website that all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and have STAIRS! We have big luggages so need to solve problems of getting on stairs. No staff at the place and no CCTV in risk zones, that i wonder it is quite dangerous in case other guests does not lock the house, or have intention to do crime to other guests who share the same house. Good points are free self-service laundry and dryer, the classic ancient style of Japanese house sharing 4-5 rooms of stay. "
