"The 2 rooms we booked were purchased together but got them seperated. The carpets were dirty, the jacuzzi didnt work. The hotel had weird smells all throughout hallways. Breakfast was not breakfast with just apples, yogurt & bagels"

"When booking the room - we were NOT informed that there would be an additional parking fee. The breakfast bar was nice as it had scrambled eggs and fresh fruit options of mixed berries and also melon. But it did not have any yogurts which would have been a nice addition to the fruit."

Great Wolf Lodge Bloomington
"Great Wolf Lodge was so much fun! The kids had a great time and the staff was very friendly. Heads up though, the check in process was a torturous wait, with only two staff at the registration desk at 4pm for such a large property with a 4 pm check in. The self check in kiosks did not work for us, ..."
