The staff was great. The room was very nice and clean. Would stay here again. It was very close to the Mystic Lake Ampitheather and convenient to other locations such as Paisley Park and Mall of America.

Rooms were clean except for a stain on one of the pillows. Staff was nice and helpful. We chose it because of its proximity to Mystic Lake Amphitheater, (we went to see SLAYER)! Its an easy walk on the paved bike path. Will definitely consider staying here again for our next show.

The staff here is Amazing, especially Darrion. He’s always smiling and such a pleasant person to talk to. He always goes above and beyond for his guests here and works his butt off. If there’s anyone here that deserves a raise it’s him. 5 stars you guys hit the jackpot with this employee

Hotel was neat and clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Computer system was down and staff rose to the occasion. Manager (I don’t have his name, was a young gentleman with a shave head) was professional, kind and cool under pressure. He helped get keys made and walked through the hotel to check rooms were ready as with computer system down it was the only way to know. He should be recognized for all his hard work under less than ideal circumstances, especially because there were a lot of people checking in due to a concert later that evening at Mystic Lake Amphitheater.

Great location, updated and modern, very clean. Breakfast had hot and cold cereal, make your own waffles, eggs, sausage and mini egg bakes the size of a muffin and baked goods like bagels and donuts, etc. Very good coffee.
