"We were booked in for the guesthouse but when we got here really wanted to stay multiple nights and were given the option to move into a wing of the homestead at the same rate which was a generous option -- Frances and Julian are wonderful. "

"Room was immaculately presented along with daily room cleaning! We arrived after 10pm for a late check-in, and the lights in our room were left on so we could find it easy in the dark and rain. The property was well kept, plenty of parking, and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The bathroom is spacious and great, water pressure perfect. From booking to check out, staff were friendly and amazingly helpful, and we thank you dearly. We’ll be back if ever in Tauranga in the future! 10/10"

"Having arrived after 30hrs in the air and 2.5hrs drive from Auckland we could not have been happier with the Accomodation.
