"I actually laughed while walking to our room. The only clean thing was the white tile floor. Our room was supposed to be a King Whirlpool Suite which it was not. I would have forgiven the error except the bath tub in the bathroom wasn't a jet tub either. Half the light bulbs didnt work in our room ..."

"Great location. Walking distance to theatres, and other venues. We parked at the self park which is attached to the hotel. It was very convenient. The room was nice."

"Overall, the room was clean, and most of the staff were nice. We had to ask for robes; they told us there were no slippers (they should take that out of the listing of amenities), and we had to ask for drinking glasses. The staff at the restaurant were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable."
