Nice hotel, Valet staff very professional and friendly. Front desk at check in was disappointing. Checked in later in the evening, walked up to the front desk where 2 people were working, No other guest was checking in at the time but we were not acknowledged at all. Just stood there for a few minutes until one of the staff members finally said :'can I help you'. No hi, no welcome. Asked for my ID, gave me the room key and that was it. No explanation as to how do I find my room, or any other detail. Quite honestly I was very surprised by this behavior. Besides the check in, everything was else was great. Beautiful property and nice clean rooms.

First it’s really strange were the front desk was kind of hard to find We went to the bar for one drink took awhile to get a drink , bar staff wasn’t very personable . The hotel and rooms are top notch and a great location everything is great except for check in area
