Our room was not cleaned and no new towels provided. Very disappointing after being out in the city all day. Also charged a $50 early check in fee. If the room is available, that should have been a courtesy for out of town guests.

The property oversold, and placed us in a hotel 10 miles away from downtown / the concert we were attending. That’s even though we had a prepaid reservation for over 4 months. The hotel they sent us to was unaware we were sent to them and also didn’t get us the room / arrangements we had paid for. Due to the new location, we also had to pay $$$ for parking and put us way behind schedule for the concert. There was no communication until we tried to check in. They ruined our weekend plans.

The common areas were nice and the room was modern and comfortable. The best part was being able to walk to Fiserv Forum in less than 5 minutes.

Great clean and well kept hotel. Friendly staff. I just didn't like that valet parking is the only option... made the night quite a bit more expensive.

The parking is not on site. It is a block away from the hotel. Breakfast times are listed from 6am -10am. My family headed down at 9:15 for the breakfast buffet. The staff was already trying to close off the area. There was plenty of food left. They let us into the breakfast area to make a plate and quickly locked the doors to breakfast area while we were still in there making a plate. I had to unlock the door to let my kids out. We sat down in the dining area to eat and they quickly locked the door again. There were 3 other families that came into the breakfast area after us.

Place is nice. Staff is helpful. I really dislike the card system. It takes forever to scan in on the doors.

We stayed here for a wedding at Best Place at the Pabst and could not have been happier with the location and service! Rooms were spacious and all hotel staff were fantastic! This hotel is a great value as it includes a really good breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend and return. This would be a great spot to stay at and take in all that Mke has to offer, and is right across the street from the Fiserv.

This hotel is the perfect location for anyone wanting to take in a Bucks game at Fiserv. air was so convenient to be able to walk to and from the stadium in just a few minutes!

Great value for a family. Good location near breweries and across from Bucks stadium. Friendly staff. Clean. Great full breakfast included. Dog friendly. Big comfortable beds and pillows. Parking can be worked out by finding street parking and getting an overnight pass from the city of MKE (3 free per month) or pay them $40 for valet. I don't recommend this on days the Bucks are playing as it gets very crowded in the tiny parking lot. Would stay again.

Decided last minute to book an overnight trip. Hyatt Place for an excellent choice. Very affordable considering we booked less than 24 hours in advance. Staff was incredible. Hotel was very clean. Great location. Absolutely no complaints and we would for sure book here again.

Beautiful, modern hotel. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient. Easy walk to the Fiserv Forum for our concert. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was really friendly and very helpful. They do offer valet parking and Camden was very helpful in answering questions. Everything was clean and looked good. Beds were comfortable. I’d love to stay here again. Great location for downtown.

Front desk staff and valet staff were exceptionally friendly. Room was spotless. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. Loved the wedge in the corner about 10 inches from the floor for shaving your legs!
