"Great Stay Very impressive "

"we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"Abbiamo dormito qui poiché avevamo un volo presto di mattina, è molto comodo visto che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal. La camera è abbastanza grande ma mancava un appoggio per la valigia. Manca anche un mini bar e acqua in camera. Il bagno è abbastanza grande ma mancano completamente set da bagno. Insomma è buono solo per dormirci. Abbiamo poi preso un dolcino al ristorante, dolce buono ma cosa molto apprezzabile è che ci è stato fornito il libro degli allergeni quando abbiamo detto...

"The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations. We also ate in the hotel and the food was first class. Will definitely go back. It is so close to Glasgow airport too."

The pool was a really decent size - though in contrast to the rest of the hotel the pool area is very grey and uninteresting. Also no jacuzzi. Food and drink very good and the dining room is beautiful. We had a spa suite which was very spacious and comfortable BUT be warned - it is a very long walk from these to the main hotel. I counted walking through 8 fire doors before...

"Room was alright a bit dated but was nice, the shower had no waste trap and so a smell lingered in the bathroom. The bed was on the firmer side but still comfortable"

"Take an umberella for the walk from the hotel to the resturant as there is no cover outdoors. There is no air con in the rooms had the leave the patio door open during the night."

"Unassuming from the outside but newly refurbished inside. Very comfortable. Staff unobsequiecially friendly and helpful. Will come again."
