"The hotel was great. Rooms super comfy. Staff was super friendly. The location is not that great considering the nearest train station is 18 minutes walking distance away. Super easy to grab Lyft or Uber. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which was super good for our morning coffee. Overall good value just consider other options Downtown if you are on a budget for transportation options. "

"Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Room service was refreshingly great. Continental breakfast options were plentiful and really good. The hotel was walking distance to a few local beer gardens, which was fun. Very nice and safe area- short Uber ride to all of the best things in Boston. The pool area was a hit with my kids, but my only complaint is the water was very cold and I wish there were some sort of venting in the pool room. Chlorine smell was burning my eyes just...
"We loved the close proximity to TD garden and the train station. It had all the things needed for our short trip. The room was comfortable. The shower was hot. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing I would warn people about is if your traveling as a couple, whomever gets the inside of the bed at night you will have to climb over the person you are with to use the bathroom. It can be a workout lol"
"We stayed at the hotel for three nights and loved the location—just outside the North End, making it easy to walk to great restaurants and sights. The rooms were spacious, modern, and felt brand new, with beautiful wood floors and a large bathroom. The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!"
"Mr. Willie (aka Mr. Wonderful) started our visit with a warm welcome and a sweet gift to my young daughters… a little stuffed lobster!! He was so nice and kind to us the entire stay, and Andrew helped us a lot as well with info at the front desk. Us out of towners felt so loved and welcomed by these two gentlemen.
