"We stayed at the Sydney Harbour Hotel for one night pre cruise. The location is excellent being close to the cruise terminal, the Rocks, market of various kiosks, restaurants and bars. It was very convenient the following day walking to the cruise terminal with our bags. Staff were very helpful and professional at reception. Our room was reasonably spacious, clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. Our only concern with the room was its far location from the stairs and elevator. There is a nice lobby with bar and restaurant serving a variety of drink and food options. We had dinner in the hotel lobby and it was very good although the portions were very large. The breakfast buffet the following morning was reasonable although we felt that it was over-priced. There is a great view from the pool rooftop. We did not use the pool."

"Our view on the 11th floor was a concrete wall. Thursday, Friday night there was a DJ in the square which kept us up until 11:30. (the room price for those nights should be cut in half). The concrete wall was perfect for amplifying the music. The room and bathroom were very nice. The parking for $35 was not great. It did not allow for in an outs. So once you left for the day and came back - that was it. The staff who checked us in was very curt. Imagine flying a world a way. All she wanted to do was dispatch us in less than 10 seconds. It was a pain to draw out the parking situation, the lack of breakfast, or any other amenities. "

"They needed to clean the mildew in the shower and when I first showed there was definitely a sewage smell present. Otherwise okay place"

"Nice stay, the staff was incredible. However, for a Four Seasons property it was ok. It needs upgrading, and our room was small. But the service and location was top notch. The sauna, steam room, pool area and rooms need upgradating."
