This was our first time staying here and was surprised at how nice the rooms were. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only we had an issue was the breakfast that was provided each morning is was kinda limited not much variety, the bacon was good but the eggs were really dry. Even though with this issue we would definitely consider staying here again. Loved how closed everything was within walking distance like great mall and Milpitas bart, the bus and light rail.

It says two bedrooms suite and I thought there were two bathrooms. There were two bedrooms and one bathroom. I wish it stated clearly on the description as we were looking for one more bathroom in the suite with the size of our family. Other than that, it's a nice suite. I like the small kitchen in the suite. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Great location!!

Beautiful room! And in a great location!! I will definitely return. I had no idea we were right next to the Great Mall. Which included , Marshalls, Burlington, Olive Garden/Outback, Dave n Busters, Theater, McDonald’s, Chipotle and Gas station close (15mins) to San Jose State University. Awesome Awesome Awesome!!

It was quiet, comfy, and clean. Also, conveniently located, and staff was nice. Kitchenette was cute, but we only used some dishes for cereal, and the frig. Breakfast was good, but it was crowded and had to wait for them to refill stuff.

The best place I have stayed at. Staff are extremely friendly, come with breakfast, right next to a mall, cleanliness, and quick services. Someone spilled a drink in the elevator. We called the front office and the mess cleaned right away. Wish there was more parking closer to the entrance point/elevator.
