"We loved our stay! We went for our honeymoon. This hotel is in a fantastic location. Very walkable, we did two day tours and did not feel like we missed out with not renting a car. The pool and sauna were lovely, the breakfast was always good! We ate at the bar one night and the food was also great!"

Les points forts sont l'accueil de Vanessa, ses petites attentions envers ses hôtes, sa sympathie, sa disponibilité et surtout sa gentillesse. Elle est de bons conseils sur les lieux à découvrir ou les restaurants.... J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un petit présent le jour de mon anniversaire. Alors qu'elle n'avait aucune obligation. J'ai été très touchée par ce geste. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux....

"Staff was friendly and accommodating in every way : kept our bags and ordered us a taxi after a late tour on our final day, helped with dinner reservations. The rooms and hotel are clean and stylish. The breakfast was excellent. "

"Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Luis went out of his way to be helpful to us. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. When we needed an electric kettle, he arranged it to appear in our room really quickly! He also gave us a really lovely room for which we were very grateful. It was a super stay, thank you."

Bar and restaurant on site is great if you don’t want to venture out. Have stayed here many times and will always come back. "

"Excellent place to start your island adventures. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. The spa was definitely worth it. I think breakfast was a favorite with the variety and delicious choices. The chef will make any kind of egg you want. They offer help with activities and are incredibly helpful and friendly. "
