"Except for the night receptionist at check-in, everything else was fine. Its very convenient location, nothing fancy, but clean hotel. Parked on the street as street parking is free from 7 pm to 8 am. Their is a covered partking lot very close."

"A beautiful hotel with top notch staff that strive to ensure one wants for nothing - or if you do want, just ask. Restaurants were great. The fantastic free breakfasts really adds to the value. A beautiful lobby and bar (with pooltable!). We didn’t take advantage of the spa but loved spending time in the mineral bath inside their pineapple greenhouse! "The location of the hotel was in the middle of Ponta Delgada which was very beneficial. The facilities in the hotel were very good. Service and food in the restaurant and bar were also very good.
