"Our rooms were clean, but we always had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. Our wait in the bar area and the dining room were not very friendly. You're unable to get any other kind of drink besides, what is on the menu like a simple, cranberry juice and vodka cannot be made for you. Would I come back yes. Got a massage that was the best one I've ever had. She was great! Wish I could remember her name. The pool outdoors had a lot of mold. I'm not sure if that's because of the weather...

"I absolutely love everything about this hotel. This is my second time coming here and when I return to Sao Miguel, this will be home. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Ponta Delgada. "Hotel was in a great location, right across from the Marina. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and made out stay easier. If you have a car, street parking is very difficult to find. However, there is underground parking across the street which is convenient. Ask the hotel for a pass. We had a great stay and had time to enjoy the wellness centre. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The rooms were clean and front desk staff were helpful. My biggest complaint is breakfast. It didn't matter what time you got down there, there was never a clean table, replenishing food was very slow and only small amounts were brought out at a time. I think my biggest issue was that I would find hair (that was the same color) from the young girls working on some of the tops of where things like plates of cheese were. Although the young girls had their hair tied back they would be swinging...

The location is perfect, as not only does it have an ocean/port view, but it is walkable to restaurants, shops, and historical sites. "Fantastic location. Amazing and seemingly enless choices for food very close. Hop on hop off bus office, 30 seconds from hotel. 10 euro cab ride from airport. My only complaint would be about other guests that insiston slamming doors, and that's not the hotels fault. Ideal place to stay for a week or even a couple of days for stopover."

"Das Hotel ist schön,hat einen schönen Garten mit Pool. Leider keine Sitzgelegenheiten weder am Pool noch im Garten. Abends war es komplett dunkel am Pool fanden wir sehr schade. Wir hatten die Standartzimmer in Erdgeschoss zum Innenhof. Diese Zimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen. Sie waren dunkel und ein unangenehmer modricher Geruch, unsere Sachen waren klamm. Wir fühlten uns nicht wohl.Man konnte sich auch nicht draußen aufhalten da nur ein Stuhl stand .Fenster konnte man auch nicht auf lassen wegen...

"Beautiful experience, felt like a spa from the moment we arrived. Relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Thermal pool amenities are perfect to relax after a day’s activities. Restaurant feels like you’re in a garden, and lots of healthy options. Comfortable rooms and quiet at night. Definitely worth exploring this part of the island. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!"
