Convenient. Comfortable. Close to the main station. Large room that can sleep 4. Need to arrange with staff in advance if you arrive late.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Milan. Quiet and safe, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The reception was friendly, helpful and welcoming, with great communication throughout. We came in on a train that was delayed from Geneva, and the short walk to the guest house was very much appreciated. When we needed a taxi to the airport, the desk clerk took care of us.

It's within ten minutes' walk from Milano Central Station, and there are also two metro stations nearby. There is a park right in front of us, and although it's in a convenient location, we were able to spend a quiet time. There is also a supermarket and delicious gastronomy nearby. We were able to walk to Buenos Aires Street where we can enjoy shopping in about ten minutes. If you pay three euros each time, you can use the washing machine. They gave me some detergent. You need to pay an extra charge, but you can also use the dryer. On the reception floor, water, soda water, croissants, sweets, coffee and so on are provided for free. Croissants were sold out depending on the time. All the employees are kind. You have to be careful about that because there is a time when there is no one at the reception. The room was big, there was a kitchen, and there were cooking utensils and plates. I was able to spend a comfortable time like my own room.

Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here on our arrival to Italy. Easy to navigate from Central Train station and walkable. Pleasant staff who were extremely helpful and gave us tips and directions for using the metro and areas to visit. Room was a decent size for a family of four and the complimentary water, coffee and breakfast items were fantastic! Would visit again if in Milan.

I walked into the room and was pleasantly surprised at how large, clean, and comfortable it was. The bathroom was huge and the shower was amazing! The hotel is well-situated to Milano Centrale train station. However, it is a long walk from tourist attractions. I happen to like walking, so the 47 minutes to get to La Scala, the Duomo, etc. was not a problem. However, others may not appreciate that long walk each way. The hotel is located near a Metro line, so that should help. I appreciated the friendly manager, Michael, and all he did to help me navigate the area. He also recommended an area restaurant that was excellent!

The property is a 10 minutes walk from Milano Centrale so as shopping center and nearby restaurants. Our room was available upon arrival and it is clean and spacious. The staff are nice and pleasant. Coffee, tea, and water are available in the lobby so as in our room. Thank you.

A thoroughly enjoyable 4 night stay. Great room, loads of space, housekeeping every day so plenty of towels etc. Location is very close to Centrale station and also multiple metro stations so very easy to access / travel to anywhere you are wanting to around Milan. Complimentary water bottles / coffee were very welcome as well.

사전에 이메일로 세심하게 연락을 해주는점이 좋았습니다. 로비에는 커피와 차, 젤리, 냉장고에 있는 물과 탄산수는 무상제공되어서 좋았어요. 매일 청소서비스를 받았고, 오전에 일찍 외출할때는 무상으로 크로와상도 제공되었습니다(크로와상은 항상 있는건 아닌거 같고 조식서비스후 남은것들을 제공하는것 같아요) 단점이라면 커다란 캐리어를 가지고 숙소에 도착했을때 리셉션까지 올라가야는 계단이 6~7개정도 있어 당황했어요.

Can't fault this property! Stayed here for 4 nights, room was very spacious for 3 people, bathroom big and clean. In walking distance of Milan Central Station. Very generous they give out free water and croissants, tea/coffee etc. A very pleasant stay, would stay here again.

Great place to stay at Milan
We love the welcome wine, unlimited water provided daily that saved us a lot of time and effort to carry water bottles from mini market. Daily free coffee was excellent. We can tell this hotel is considering and caring for their customers
