The staff is the reason this review is as high as it is. The mattress has been one of the worst we’ve had in our travels. If it was newer this would be a nine or a ten. They can’t help the neighborhood. Graffiti, trash. I did feel secure in the room.

Considero que fueron amables, que habia limpieza en general, y que tenía lo necesario para cocinar. La amplitud de las recámaras fue muy buena. Sin embargo, faltaba mantenimiento al área de regadera (flujo del agua caliente y fría para controlarla), y también del encendido de luces de la recamara principal.

Dans un quartier excentre et populaire. Pas de moyen de restauration aux alentours proche. En revanche à 5 min de la station de métro qui conduit directement à l’hypercentre. Top! Appartement propre et grand. Personnel très accueillant !

L'appartement est vaste , pratique et joliment décoré.La terrasse est grande , le quartier calme mais il y a des commerces alimentaires à quelques pas .Le métro Loreto est à 10 minutes à pieds , on peut aussi prendre un bus pour y aller .

A base for a long weekend

The apartment was spotless and was overall hard to fault. It could have done with a lick of paint, but that is my only slight criticism. The living space was big and there was plenty of storage space in the bedroom, as well as a roomy separate dressing room. For the location, the price was excellent and the staff could not do enough to help. We stayed here as we were attending the Italian Grand Prix and it was within easy reach of the Metro which we caught daily to get to Monza.

Soggiorniamo spesso al Residence PDN,e come sempre il personale è disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. La struttura è perfetta per spostarsi, e in un area non troppo congestionata.

Dont recommend

The person who dealt with me was extremely rude and I found him very unhelpful Also didn't allow my friend to go up with me and visit Besides being very unwelcoming at check in I regret staying there They also charge 3€a day for tourist charges but everywhere I stayed in Milano before only charges 2 so its a bit dodgy.

discreti e confortevoli

appartmenti mediamente grandi e comodi anche solo per un week and. la struttura è vicina al centro, e si trova parcheggio tuttosommato facilmente. Gli appartamenti sono completi di tutto, solo un po' sforniti dei generi di prima necessità ( a parte i bagni che hanno tutto) in cucina manca una tovaglia, sapone e spugna per lavare i piatti, e dove asciugarsi le mani.. ma a parte questo tutto bene.

Poor wifi and heating

The wifi in this hotel is like 20th century dial-up when it works. Though in December, the heat was off from before 3 am until past 6 am. It was terribly and criminally cold. The receptionist was not present at the front desk during stated hours. The laundry facility is not available at late hours after you return to your room. There was an oil-based aroma diffuser in the room that was much too powerful. Skip this hotel or suffer.
