The property is in the middle of no where. we arrived late and had nothing to drink. no coffee on the table or water to drink and the vending machine only avcepts local coins. bed were very uncomfortable, pillows were hard and big, room was so cold.

My flight was much delayed and the taxis were on strike when I finally landed. But the owner was responsive on WhatsApp in the middle of the night and even offered to pick me up at the airport! Amazing service! Highly recommended!

As I have already sent 4 times to yourselves ‘it was disgraceful ‘ . I have already stated to the owner and Hotel.com that I want all my money returned for such a shabby premises, no service and awful owner ! We arrived ay the place and they took 50 minutes to send the code to open the door. The elevator was out of service and the room was disgusting, dirty spot on the walls, cobwebs and the bed felt like laying a box spring. And they barely understand english so communication was almost impossible. They gave us another room but it was the same terrible. We reserved 3 nights but we had to run to another place and they dod not refund for the night we didn't stay.I won't recommend it in any way.

Overall, the environment and room are ok, but the communication is not so great, they don't have reception so you have to send your ID/Passport information ahead. Sent an email 2 weeks prior my visit and no reply, had to call them to confirm and they did confirmed. But before the checking day they sent another msg said the identity information was not yet be given and I might not able to check in...had asked my Italian friend to call again to confirm. Walls are very thin, there is a couple stay in the next room, been up all night with talking and I can literally hear EVERYTHING. Kept me up whole night as well.

Double booking not corrected and no help given. Manager sent us a code for the building and our room day before. Booking was confirmed and paid for. When we got there a family of four was in our room!!! They had a different code. Their code and ours both unlocked the same room. We had no place to stay and manager blamed Expedia but she was the person who sent the codes and set up this terrible situation. We had to find a hotel by ourselves in a sold out town. Room we found at last at 9:30 pm was extremely expensive. Manager said she talked to Expedia and that Expedia would provide a room. Expedia did not call until 11:30 pm local time. We had booked Pasta Malpensa weeks in advance and had a confirmation code and entry codes. Terrible experience and totally unacceptable unsafe situation.
