If you’re reading this, there’s still time. Don’t be fooled by the nice location and misleading photos. I wouldn’t even know how the inside of the hotel looked because we were locked out of our room. Check-in is something I have never seen before as there is not a physical person, and you have to go on a scavenger hunt just to find the key. To enter the building, you have to scan a QR code. However, to access that QR code, you have to fill out a bunch of information, and they ask for your passports and a tourist tax. We were locked out of the hotel for 3 hours. Within 30 minutes of being locked out, we emailed the hotel. They were no help and sent us to a different location after 3 hours. We finally got into a room. We then finally decided to contact Expedia. They then put us in another room which was bug infested and had a water heater that was so loud and never let us sleep. In the shower there were bugs everywhere, cockroaches in the bed, everywhere! and water couldn’t stay hot. Italian way apartments/hotels offered no compensation for these issues.
