Shuttle to hotel only runs every hour during the afternoon, so if you miss it by four minutes don’t be tempted to walk. The location seems close to the airport but it is not easily walkable. The hotel is pretty rundown and unfortunately our room wasn’t super clean. There is an onsite restaurant for dinner and the option for breakfast, which was convenient. WiFi was iffy, and we lost power a few times. Happy to have a nice shower and good AC. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was on time and convenient.

Nothing much to see around the hotel, no supermarkets etc but a couple of nice restaurants near by. A good sized room with great AC and comfortable beds. The vending machine needs a payment by card option, nice size bathroom with a huge walk in shower. The shuttle bus could be more organised i waited nearly 2 hours for the shuttle, Uber would have been 30 euro so i waited tried contact by whats app no answer, i ended up having to get the free public shuttle bus plus a 10 minute walk with my luggage it wasnt fun.

We stayed here 1 night prior to our flight at MXP. To get to the hotel, we took the free airport parking shuttle 2 stops and walked about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. The path is not pedestrian friendly, but is passable. Once we arrived we were greeted and given our key. The room was fine. Clean, cool, comfortable and it seemed it was recently updated. The shower was very high and somewhat slippery, but we made it work. The bar and restaurant were excellent as there were not many options around. The food was good and the staff were friendly. The hotel provides a 5 euro pp shuttle, which was comfortable and on time.

The room is clean. I like how a shuttle can be arranged (5euro per person). However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one. The shower floor is extremely slippery, especially after using hair conditioner. It is dangerous for elders and children as there isn’t any mat or handles. For the day we check in, we took the free bus from airport and walk a long path that is not friendly for large luggage. Overall, quite disappointed about the room but the shuttle driver and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Llegué a la recepción, y mi check in tardó mucho (no me tenían registrado) y tuve que mostrar un correo y para eso ya había pasado tiempo, desde abríl me contacte con el alojamiento para saber cómo funcionaba su servicio de transporte -aeropuerto y un día antes me contacte con ellos y nunca me contestaron (tuve que pedir un taxi) qué fueron 20 euros por un viaje de 5 minutos, también en la descripción decía que había servicio de lavandería y me dicen que no hay, la chica del restaurante muy pedante que las ganas de comer se me quitaron (mejor compre unas papás de la máquina) Mal,mal...muy mal Bueno me prestaron una plancha para desarrugar mi ropa.
