Good location, approx 10 mins from Osaka station. Rooms small, but that's to be expected with most city stays in Japan - Free WiFi, and luggage forwarding services available. No issues and was ideal for a 2 night stay!

Very helpful, polite, courteous, and professional staff members. The hotel also had 3rd party company in the morning for shipping luggage, or whatever to next destination. I would say only negative thing was buffet food (average tasting).
