Room was nice and clean with nice amenities. It was more spacious than our hotel in tokyo. Staff was nice and accomadating. However when we asked for water due to not having room serviced for cleaning, felt like the front desk guy was a little apprehensive and reluctant. He didnt seem as warm and accomdating as the rest of the staff. In tokyo the hotel left bottled water for us at our front door with fresh towels every day even if we didnt have our room cleaned.

Clean room and friendly staff. Really easy access to city walk and Universal Studios. Breakfast buffet was not great and the beds are really uncomfortable. Nice hotel though.
