"Big fluffy towels, great breakfast. The check in at night not as friendly but morning crew friendly. Rooms are dark and older but well taken care of and large. Fitted sheets on bed kept coming off as they were too big for mattress so not nice and tight. Pillows were great. Overall Good stay."

"We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Zermatt resort. We had initially booked a deluxe king room, but they upgraded us to a one bedroom king villa which was beautiful. "We surely loved and enjoyed staying here! To be honest we miss it already! I can’t wait to go back! Hopefully in winter/fall time. The only complaint is about the Simon restaurant, they’re under staff and the food isn’t all good for a resort."
