"For the most part it seemed clean, but there was a wash cloth left in our shower. Customer service was okay. Breakfast was too chaotic. Too small of an area. The one thing my child wanted was out when we got there."

"The elevators need some work. One elevator during our stay couldn’t close all the way and was kind of noisy while we were in it before that happened. The other elevator the buttons were cracked and other things were broken on it. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Liked they had shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. Breakfast was not worth the $25 that people pay. Hotel was quiet besides some street noise. Had a good time and stay was good otherwise. Staff were great."

"Staff was friendly. Parking lot was nice and easy. Breakfast was usual waffles, bagels, yogurt cereal...Room was clean. It was a little loud being right by the highway but it also was a great location to just get on the highway and go where you need to. Gas station, McDonalds and Subway very close. "

"Stayed here friday April 24th, 2026. This place has some excellent employees, Kourtney front desk had a lot of patients, she knew how to de escalate a bad situation. Cleaning staff Eric & Mary went above & beyond with room service, they're lucky to have such good employees. With that said the manager that came on at 3:00 that day totally the opposite, very rude and instantly escalating a bad situation. The reason we booked this hotel was the picture of the slide they have. Looked so fun for the grand kids, i dont book rooms very often but this was a special weekend with my grand kids. Duluth has a lot of hotels, i could of booked anywhere but the picture of the slide looks so awesome for the grandkids. When we got there the slide was out of order( found out its been that way for months) also the hot tub was out of order, very misleading felt somewhat scammed, and very bummed. The following day the pool was closed also. Was told maybe at three it would open( after a reading inspection of the water) Ended up going to a sister Hotel where they let us use the pool. That was so awesome of the employees from both hotels to make a bummer of a day ( stay) awsome . So ya if your staying here because of the awesome looking slide plz call ahead of time, it might be out of order, like the hot & pool ."
