Parking is easy. Staff was a mixed bag. My first time there and the gentleman that checked me in didn't give me any info about the hotel and was somewhat unprofessional because he was having a bad day. Huge dissatisfaction given the ability of the check in staff and attitude of the on - duty manager during check in. We felt insulted & unwelcome. Told we can either leave and find another hotel or accept the process. The attitude had been borderline aggressive. Hotel however was clean and neat.
