"Hotel is great " location wise " , just 5 minutes from Leeds railway station, rooms are clean and the staff were very good throughout. Only problem we had was the breakfast ( on offer at £10 each ) was very poor compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The tea was in a thermos flask, the food was tepid at best. Will stay at the hotel again, but eat breakfast out next time,"

"Lovely hotel with excellent facilities, set in nice surroundings with fantastic views. Food at the hotel was excellent and staff friendly and very helpful nothing too much trouble. Thank you to the reception staff for sorting us a room with a view we will be back for another visit soon."

"What a beautiful hotel with so much history and character. We stayed in a suite which felt luxurious. Well maintained and clean. Nice big fluffy towels. Only negative for us was the pillows were not firm enough but that's a personal choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Caroline. Thank you. Would recommend and definitely return."

"Can’t fault it, very big clean rooms nice bathroom only one thing that could be better would have been air con but that’s only because it was boiling hot in Leeds yesterday! There was a small fan though so it wasn’t too unbearable in the room! Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that and used the self check in kiosks, we would definitely stay again."
