"Hotel was fine. Rooms are a little basic but they were clean and tidy. Parked in the Q park directly behind the hotel which was very handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful although check in took a while as only 2 staff members on reception and everyone seemed to turn up at the same time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stop there again. "

"Ideally located next to the station and within a few minutes walk to the shops and city centre. We stayed here while going to a gig at the arena and it was about a 15 minute walk to there. Didn’t really spend that much time in the room/hotel as we dropped our bags and headed out and then got back late, but the room had everything you’d need including nice toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, a little fridge, iron and hairdryer. Even though we weren’t there that long, we did notice how fantastic all the staff were. So welcoming, chatty, friendly and professional. If we’re staying in Leeds again, we’d definitely book here. "

"Continental breakfast is wonderful. It would be nice if they can serve hot breakfast as well. Havi g said that there are loads of shops nearby where you could eat. They have no parking on site but you will be directed to an NCP parking. If you're travelling by yourself, itbwould be best if you could find a parking first then walkbyour way to the hotel."
