Firstly said there is breakfast there is not. Staff where useless and rude, no elevator so if you have mobility issues or are frail forget about it as you will have to lug bags up a turning stair case. We did not have a shower curtain phone did not work, WiFi did not work breakfast was a snack. On another note the bed was comfortable. The love seat was soiled and dusty very dirty and gross.
