The room was nice and staff was friendly. However location not ideal it was a little out of the way. Lastly no microwave in the room strange choice considering that a budget room has one standard.

Holiday Inn Miami - International Airport by IHG
Room was clean but bed creeks, the boxspring is loud and sound broken. Carpet is old and looks dirty, flooring in the elevator was cracked and needs replacing. Equipment in the exercise room was broken. Employees were nice, helpful and friendly the building just needs an uplift.

Park Central South Beach
Coffee maker did not work. 2 guests 1 Robe. No Face towels or Bathmat or washcloths. Continental Breakfast, but no refills on Coffee. Shower controls difficult to operate. No Soapbars. No Shower caps. Soap dispensers were difficult to use. Not adequate Hangers. No Drawers at all. Very little counter ...
