It was just a night stay but none of the outlets were working nor the lights or the tv. It only had sheets no blanket. The hallways had horrible smell and water stains on the floors and walls. Front desk staff was amazing and very nice.

The pros are the staff are attentive and has 24 hour staff available, plenty of the parking, has a mini dog area. The only con that I have is the first floor room is humid and create a condensation in the wood floor regardless of the room temperature is cool/cold. You can hear the main doors being open and closed at anytime of hour in the night. Does not have a chair in the room to use as a desk/ eat a quick snack or hot food. You can hear minimal the highway noise.

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and the location was convenient, which made the stay manageable. However, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and it took about 15 minutes for reception to come out and assist me. Once helped, the staff was polite, and the rest of the stay was fine. With a bit more attentiveness at the front desk, the experience would have been better.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, though the front desk quickly moved us to another room. The hallway had a strong chemical odor, the tub was stained and rusty, there was a sticky spot in the tub, the blankets were very thin, and we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. The only positive was the front desk employee, who was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. He handled our concerns promptly and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. We stayed because it was only one night, but I would not recommend this hotel.

Positive: The manager was really friendly, he was definately the hotel’s highest point. Beds are nice and pillows were great! Negative: The room wasn’t that clean when I checked in. Wifi connection was basically non- existant. That is something they really have to work on.

Everything was okay over the weekend. The hallway was clean. There was a strong pine smell, though. I don't know if it was the new-looking flooring. I didn't like that there was no breakfast, and the very bright rooms at night needed curtains.

Mixed experience — great staff, rough rooms The staff was genuinely great — friendly, helpful, and the only real positive part of this stay. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves were a letdown. The room was beat up and ugly, clearly worn down and overdue for renovation. While the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean, everything else felt neglected. The floors were sticky, which immediately made the room feel unsanitary, and there was a strong chemical smell that lingered the entire time. You can tell they try, and the staff deserves credit, but the condition of the rooms seriously drags this place down. With some major updates and better cleaning of surfaces, this could be decent — as it stands, it’s hard to recommend unless you have no other option.

The staff wasnt super friendly and the hotel itself is not very accessible as in there were no luggage carts or sliding doors so you had to open each door (only single doors) while carrying all your crap. Also for 4 stories there was only 1 elevator that sounded like it was about to break. There was a tv but no channels. There were no utensils or cups or coffee maker or anything in the room so even if you wanted to cook something you had to go buy it all yourself. The comforter on the bed is super thin so you might bring your own blanket if you book here. Only positive thing was the bed was actually really comfortable or i was just really tired.

It smelt bad it was dirty, found pubic hairs, and a spider in the tub. Don’t think they realize all the food in grime on the outside of the refrigerator comes off. It smelled as if someone didn’t take out the trash. It was awful to top it off. I was traveling with a nine-year-old the hotel would not offer me to transfer my last day on reservation so this single mother with a single income had to spit out more money for another hotel so that we can take a shower and sleep in a clean environment. The pictures that are displayed are not at all what you get . DON’T STAY HERE. I was told I will be refunded for the second night. I will repost because we will see how that goes.
