Check for renovation

The overall stay was good,roomy 2 br condo, nice view pool area was nice bar was good. The bad part is that we're not informed of the renovation that was going on the outside which was very loud, and know competition was giving for what could have been an excellent stay. Three of the five days were very loud.

This rental has to be the worse place I ever stay at. Please don’t be fooled by the pictures that are posted on the site. To begin the smell as you walk into the apartment is overwhelming of a moldy stench. The place was dated and furniture was broken. The bed/carpets were moist and dirty. The bathrooms are dated and the tub was dirty and peeling of paint. The shower curtains were dirty. The ceilings had signs of leaking and patching of repairs. There was no lighting, whereas you had to carry and plug in a portable lamp. The pool taste of salty sea watch, there was no chlorine. Valet parking is $35 for 24 hours, where as there’s a parking lot for free right next-door in a parking lot. When contacting the host he was also not accommodating at all only to send someone to fix the AC that was also not working. I had to buy new towels because once we use the towels they never got dried because the rooms were so moist and hot. Please take it from me, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS PLACE. I took picture to post.

This property was disgusting - NEVER again. Our checkin was delayed so we figured we would wait out at the pool. The pool was under construction, hot tub heater was broken, and the bar/restaurant was totally closed. When we finally got to the room, it was never cleaned. Absolutely horrible experience and expedia did nothing to help.

The Shining crosses with Bloodsport

This was at best a 1star place to stay. Upon arrival the valet was rude and didn’t seem they wanted to be there. Walking in there was one desk attendant who was very disinterested in her job and once security attendant on his phone. The hallway to our room was like the hallway in the shining and our door looked like it had been kicked in before and a half attempt at a repair had been made. Our room although clean was a huge disappointment. The kitchen ceiling had some poor repairs made and looked ready to fall in and the apartment had some cheap updates done poorly at some point. We decided to check out the one working pool and beach to cheer oursleves up but the way to the pool was like walking down the alley to the Kumate in bloodsport. I’m 6’4” and 250lbs and I was looking for a weapon to grab Incase someone tried to attack my family and I. The one working pool was small but dirty and the gate to the beach had a broken lock so anyone could gain access to everything. Sadly the beautiful beach and area couldn’t overcome this horrible property. Since we had driven 20 hours we decided to try and get some sleep. The beds were like concrete and the a/c for the room above us sounded like a jet engine ready to explode. We ended up staying 1 night of a 4 night stay and decided to move to another property where we felt safe and could get a good nights sleep while enjoying the area.

Liked view. Hated that the safe didn’t work. Wasn’t clear from expedia that the property wasn’t part of the hotel or that the place was getting a much needed renovation. Floor in condo unsafe for bare footed children. Bathroom dirty, used toothpick found in bath, floor tiles needing grout clean. Hated that Neighboring condos had occupants that were smoking marijuana all day - stinking up hallway and I had young kids with me. The door was difficult to lock and it wasn’t clear that it was locked or unlocked. Felt unsafe as a single woman with 2 little girls. Not enough towels for us - 4 towels for 3 girls for 4 days.

Got robbed and no proper response. Bad maintenance

It was very bad experience. Air conditioning nor working in hall. We got robbed when left our belongings in room and went for beach. Hotel management says they are not responsible and no proper response from owner. Police said it's common in Alexandra hotel and no one ever got anything back. Stay away from this apartment and hotel.

There was an odor on the 11th floor when you got off of the elevators. The hallway carpet and outside doors were filthy. There was no heat in the building. The plumbing made a really loud noise when you showered or flushed the toilets. The walls were paper thin. There was a knob missing on the stove, so we could only cook using three of the eyes during our stay. There was a smell of mold and wires exposed in the hallway heading towards the pool. The pool was not heated and on the last day of our stay, only one hot tub was working. The cable went out on the first day of our stay, so the Tv's were not working . We were told that this was a 3 star facility, and were disappointed with the accommodations.

Beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel doesn’t have a very good smell. Dishwasher was broken, the toilet didn’t flush well, the shower didn’t always have hot water. More blankets are needed. Not all of the Gas stove tops worked. There weren’t enough dishes for 5 people. There were a lot of things around the hotel that are very easily accessible (grocery stores, restaurants, malls, public transport) The best thing about this room was the view.

Very spacious apartment, working amenities, clean, and great balcony views - even the partial view apartments have great views. The pool was under slight renovation, but it didn't matter because many people hung around by the tiki bar/ general pool area anyway.

muy sucio y sin mantenimiento

las instalaciones son muy viejas y sucias, hay mucha suciedad en el sistema de Aire Acondicionado y al parecer no le dan mantenimiento al mismo, ya que nos enfermamos de la gargando y tuvimos que acudir al medico para poder medicarnos, las alfombras son sucias y viejas, los baños estan en muy malas condiciones. en general es un edificio viejo y sus habiataciones ya estan deterioradas
