Justin was terrific upon checking in. The only problem we encountered was having to wait an unreasonable amount of time for the hot water every where in the room when ever we needed it. Housekeeping was very good. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. Someone should really address the hot water issue.

Everything about it was perfect. Under $200 with a week in advance, comfy bed, excellent staff, clean, safe, full kitchenette, smelled good, free parking with plenty of space. If I come back to Miami, I want to stay HERE!
