I regret staying at this hotel. They overcharged me and refused to resolve the issue even when escalated through my credit card company. I was charged upfront for a room upgrade (later to find out that this was against their policy) and was charged again upon checkout. I’ve reached out in various ways emails calls, etc. with no response.
My first night at the hotel, we had no access to the pool due to construction. We were offered a pass to the pool at their sister site which paled in comparison to the rooftop pool they advertise on their site. I would’ve overlooked this had I not been overcharged.
Upon checkout, the staff made several promises to resolve my issue, even taking pictures of my phone and bank statement only to fail. A “deal” was promoted, and I should have known it was too good to be true. I should’ve stayed at a better hotel for the same amount that I was overcharged.
