The place is beautiful and the location is excellent. I’m only giving four stars because they are supposed to send a check-in link 24 hours before check-in time which is at 3 pm and they never sent it. There was no phone number listed in the confirmation email so I had to call Expedia. Expedia told me to call the property company so that night I called a few times and no one answered. The next morning I called and no one answered and I was finally texted back from the property company to call the host. I didn’t have their phone number so they texted it to me an hour later. I called the host three times and was finally called back. They didn’t want to give me the information- address, code to get into the building, etc until 30 minutes before check in so I had to argue with them to get that info at 10 am which is five hours before check-in. I told them that I can’t head to a vacation where I don’t have any information about my stay and also have no one to communicate with if I didn’t receive the email. The confirmation email from when I booked said I would get the link with those instructions 24 hours before check-in so this was nerve wracking. But, besides that check in fiasco, this place is perfect for a large family getaway. You don’t need a car because everything is in walking distance.
