"Reception staff very helpful and friendly Breakfast v good adequate overall good experience"

"Love it here. We’ve stayed a few times now since it’s opened and have always gone back. Look out for some good deals, we’ve had some great $250 night there sometimes too!"

"Staff at breakfast are amazing."

"The property was clean and tidy and had excellent convenient parking"

"The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing-Julia (assisting with restaurant) was wonderful as were the staff at Reception. Breakfast was outstanding. The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression"

"Clean and convenient. High quality with great kitchenette."

"We checked in to the hotel on April 2021, We do not have an idea about the room, cause’ this our first time at Gold Coast. We are very lucky this time because we sleep on the third floor without an elevator. Our luggage was quite large which made it a bit difficult to enter our room. Inside the room has dust on the shelves and appliances. The electrical appliances in the room are quite old. "

"Lovely room helpful friendly staff great location"

"Always good quiet great location fantastic outdoor pool and spa. The indoor pool and spa is being repaired so was out of action the whole time but outdoor fine"

"Great room with great views in a great location."

"Great location excellent well renovated and fitted out apartment with fabulous direct beach view short walk to everything"

"The location is very good. The view from the room was fantastic. If I have a chance to visit Gold coast, I will then choose again."

"The property needs a good makeover looking very old"
