"Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We liked that there are two pools, and there are many restaurants nearby with guest discounts. Overall, for this price it’s a very good hotel."

"2nd bathroom sink was leaking very badly. Took 3 visits over 2 days to fix. The pullout couch was broken and my disabled veteran husband pulled his back out more trying to pull out the sofa. We tried calling front desk and no one picks up or is visible downstairs like after 10pm. We slept on the sofa broken and then 3rd night after trying to fix it for over an hr, called customer service and they couldn’t reach front desk either. After 1am my husband went literally searching for a staff and found someone sleeping in the back room with no shoes on. Their resort fee covers beach towels and chairs but of the 3 days we were only able to use them once because either not available or no one there to give them. Very limited parking and no one really speaks much English. Not a place I’d come back too because their hotel is very run down and not taken care of. Homeless woman sitting outside hotel on the bench asking for money, fridge in room leaking and not closing. Lots of traffic at intersection and people driving rudely and honking horns all the time even into the night. Lots of police and sirens all the time. "

"Beautiful ocean and beach view from our room. Recommend a balcony room though with same view. Staff very kind and accommodating. Lobby definitely worth sitting down and looking at it. Some frustrations and is still worth coming back and staying here. "

"Loved the food, cocktails, staff and vibes. Beautiful ocean bay view. Room slightly dated (paint, chips in furniture) not an issue for me. Will be back again for sure. Spa was amazing and treated to so many glasses of champagne complimentary!!! Thank you Mondrian and Baia Beach Club. "
