Everything is so nice and clean I really love it here. The person in reception was really helpful and polite with us. I am really happy with Everything here. The apartment is really beautiful, neat and is so housewarming. I love it here and so my kids.

Excellent! The apartment is large, modern and well appointed. Everything necessary for a stay is included. There is 24-hour per day security, an excellent elevator, great wi-fi and a wonderful rooftop terrace. Being located at the Zocalo is wonderful. Templo Mayor is 1 block away and you are walking distance to too many locations of historic interest to list. You can go south to more expensive stores or north to the more typical local merchants and markets. The eating and shopping options are practically endless.

Great place in great location

We really liked this aparthotel in the heart of downtown CDMX. It has a 24-hour front desk, elevator, daily housekeeping, separate living space, kitchen, and pretty good washer/dryer (it's the washer/dryer combo kind and can take awhile, but it works). Nice big bathroom too, no window but it has a good ventilation system. There's a nice sitting area on the roof and good wifi. We couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work, but we don't care about TV, it would have been easy to get assistance for this if we wanted to. Be aware that there's a kitchen but not a lot of supermarkets nearby; an easy solution is to stop at a Walmart Express in, say, the Condesa on your first night to get what you need.

High ceilings. Airy. No information about rooftop terrace or exercise room. Flickering light bulb. I took it downstairs. Nobody told me it eas MY responsibility to text the owner. Sad almost dead plant. Cheesy plastic orchid in bathroom. No information about great local history and culture resources. Apparently no staff training. But I'd stay again.

We never actually stayed at the property though. When we arrived, we could not find the hotel. When I finally found the hotel, it had no access by car (walking only), and the closest parking was a block away in a public garage. Unfortunately, the parking was expensive and the garage owner told us that it was not a safe neighborhood, and especially at 3 o’clock in the morning when we had to leave. So we decided not to stay. It took a little while to work with the hotel to make sure they didn’t charge Expedia so that I could be refunded but it all worked out thankfully.

we, two people (men’s) have been visiting Mexico for 5 nights during Formula 1 race. We were choosing one of this flat, considering 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. It was impossible to sleep on the safe bed. After first night, we are explaining the situation to the administrator and asking for change the room reps. to solve the problem. We did not got any help on our requests, they charged of more than onethousandtwohundred US dollars to us the complete amount even so, we were willing to move to another room/ flat. the communication with them was not fruitful and helpful. Very bad experience.

The apartment is on a non-major pedestrian street, extremely quiet, but in the middle of the city. It is immaculate, well maintained and serviced and well-equipped with excellent wi-fi. (The kitchen is of modest size, but with everything one needs if you wish to cook). The bed was good as was the lighting for those who wish to read in bed. And the seating in the living area was comfortable. We don't speak Spanish but had no problems with the very pleasant staff. A bonus: when we returned home, my wife realized she had left valuable papers on the top shelf of the kitchen. Before we could contact the property, we had an email telling us that the cleaner had found the papers and they would be mailing them to us!

Recommended!

Very nice and clean hotel with contemporary rooms in a very central location. Very clean and comfortable and well furnished rooms. The only slightly negative thing is that the curtains are see-through, but that's just nitpicking. All in all a great hotel.
