"Clean room"

"Very nice hotel in great condition. Exceptionally clean, surprisingly quiet, very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Daily free breakfast was okay, but not great. Only downsides: fairly low water pressure in the shower, especially in the morning; heating unit under the window is a little bit loud right next to bed. Overall a great value and would absolutely stay here again. "

"What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

"good stay, thanks"

"Personale gentile e camera pulita, sicuramente ci tornerò"

"The room was standard clean. Hallway on 2nd carpet looks old and dirty."

"I was a little worried about some if the reviews I had read before planning our trip. However, we went with it and were glad we did. We would stay there again. It's a cute place located in a fun, artsy, easy going vibe location. A cute neighborhood. The building was older, however they are remodeling and we stayed in a freshly renovated room which was great. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom very nice. It was a little noisy because it sits on Diversity Pkwy. but I would somewhat expect...

"Perfect location for seeing a show at The Vic! Lots of restaurants nearby. I didn’t love having the private bathroom not connected to the room but I did know about this when I booked. Everything was very clean and the staff-free check in went smoothly. I’d stay here again."

"It was close to the venue I wanted to go see the concert"

"If you’re looking for a hassle-free stay, skip this place. Room was fine, but the tech system for remote check-in was terrible. I filled out the online forms I was sent and provided all requested information ahead of time, but had received nothing back by check-in time. I was outside the hotel (you can’t get in without a code to get your key, which they had not provided) dealing with a parking situation and a staff person opened the door and beckoned me in and gave me a key card. I was still...

"Clean room and property. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the hot breakfast!!"

"Perfect for a"

"Given the price point and other reviews, we came here expecting a luxury stay similar to the Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, and Peninsula, which are some of our favorite properties to stay at. However, everything from the service and cleanliness to the ambiance of the entrance and lobby and the amenities (other than the gym, which was excellent) is best described as an upgraded version of an average Hilton, Hyatt, or Marriott. For example, there was a hair in the bed. When we reported it, the...
